Welcome!
I’m so excited that you are joining me for the next seven days to get unstuck, release resistance, and start moving towards your goals.
My hope is that you’ll end this week feeling nourished, calm, clear, and excited about where you are headed. Most importantly, you’ll have the tools you need to help you get there. As you can see above, there is a button that says “Click”. That leads to each day’s exercise where you’ll find everything you need for the day. Return to it at any time.
What to expect:
What begins here is a daily practice just like any other. Micro-movements create massive wins. Over the next seven days I will bring you tips + tricks, anecdotes, analogies, meditations and mantras (don’t forget recipes and playlists!) to keep you moving, motivated, and inching ever closer to your goals.
This course is all about creating more fulfillment and bringing more clarity and ease into your life. So go at your own pace and don’t worry if it takes you longer than seven days to get through the material.
These exercises are yours to keep forever and the key is to keep coming back because the key to thriving is found in practice, not perfection.
What you’ll need:
A pen + journal to track your thoughts, reflections, mini-milestones, and wins along the way.
Access to Spotify to listen to the playlists that accompany the meditations, movement exercises, and breath work in this series.
Let’s Begin!
Get ready and get excited because we’re starting the week off with a bonus — yep, even before we’ve begun! The course begins tomorrow but I wanted to give you the tools you’ll need to hit the ground running and feel supported every step of the way.
Look out for a second email called “Prep Day” that I’m sending you over to you right now.
It contains information you’ll need to set yourself up for success during this week plus a couple things I need you to pick up in order to be ready for tomorrow’s exercise. We’re already starting with a fun recipe and it’s going to be fun!
One last thing…
I want you to remember that this course is self-paced. You do not need to rush through it. If you miss a day, don’t skip it or cram two days into one.
Go at your own speed and take time to absorb each exercise. Come back to the ones that resonate with you and make you feel good, and do them over and over again.
Remember: no matter how fast you go, you are exactly on time. So focus on your own progress and enjoy the process! Look out for that Prep Day email and I can’t wait to see you tomorrow!
