And they say the Stoics weren’t romantics…

If you would be loved, love. How much more straightforward can it get?! If you want more kindness in your life, then be kind. More joy, be joyful. More fun, be fun! And if you seek more love, then lead with love. Simple stuff to understand. Incredibly hard to do as a daily practice. So let’s get to the heart of the matter with a 20 minute movement session that focuses on heart openers. These are the sorts of classes I’ll be teaching at The Burnout Lab: Toronto’s trauma-informed movement lab. (@theburnoutlab on IG)
